It maximizes I/O channel density, reduces RF signal chain complexity, and enables heterogeneous processing capabilities. Built on the groundbreaking third‑generation Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+™ RF SoC, this module represents a significant leap forward in both performance and density. By requiring fewer circuit boards while delivering enhanced performance, it minimizes SWaP and is well suited to advancing MIMO, beamforming, and a wide range of commercial applications, including communications and sensor processing.
