Job Responsibilities: 1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, tracking progress, and monitoring performance after product launch. 2. Develop effective data-tracking mechanisms tailored to operational goals and aligned with the current product status. Based on business needs, drive the optimization of operational strategies and oversee the execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and preferences, stay informed about competitor activities, and conduct competitive benchmarking analyses. 4. Streamline existing processes into productized workflows to enhance overall business efficiency, based on the current operational landscape.
