    The 6U-VPX-RFSOC-VU13P incorporates AMD’s RFSoC and the XCVU13P into a versatile design, enabling its use across a wide range of applications.

    The 6U‑VPX‑RFSOC‑VU13P integrates AMD’s RFSoC and the XCVU13P into a versatile design, enabling deployment across a wide range of applications. Power is supplied via a 12V input through connector J23. On the RFSOC side, the module employs five Micron MT40A1G16RC‑062E IT:B DDR4 chips; four are mounted on the PS side to provide a 64‑bit data bus, while one is placed on the PL side to form a 16‑bit data bus. Each DDR4 chip offers 2 GB of capacity. Additionally, the system includes 32 GB of eMMC storage. The board also incorporates two 2‑Gbit NOR FLASH devices for boot configuration and system files. On the VU13P side, there are two 64‑bit DDR4 SODIMM memory slots, and a single 1‑Gbit NOR FLASH chip is integrated for boot configuration and system files. Furthermore, the board features FMC and VPX interfaces, offering abundant peripheral resources and support for high‑speed expansion ports.
