This family integrates key subsystems for multi‑band, multi‑mode cellular radio and cable infrastructure (DOCSIS) into a single SoC platform, which features a versatile 64‑bit quad‑core Arm® Cortex‑A53 processor and a dual‑core Arm Cortex‑R5F processing system. The XCZU67DR FPGA supports eight 14‑bit RF ADCs with a maximum sampling rate of 2.95 GSPS, as well as eight 14‑bit RF DACs capable of up to 10 GSPS. To interface with the carrier board, the module employs three 240‑pin board‑to‑board connectors, providing access to two PL banks, two PS MIO banks, eight PL GTY transceivers (up to 28.21 Gbps), four PS GTR transceivers (up to 6 Gbps), thirteen I/O pins in the HP bank, eight high‑speed RF ADCs, eight high‑speed DACs, and JTAG.
